Bloomfield’s last Concert for the Season

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra will play its final concert of the 2016-2017 season on Sunday, June 11, at 3 p.m. in the Bloomfield High School Auditorium, 160 Broad St. in Bloomfield. Music director and conductor Israel “Buzz” Herman will lead the Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra in a program titled “Mostly Beethoven”.

Essex County’s 15th Annual Open House

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ - Essex County will run its annual open house on Saturday, June 3rd, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Essex County South Mountain Recreation Complex. The public is welcome to enjoy Games and family friendly activities. County personnel will provide information about Essex County Programs & Services. Fun activities for the whole family include treetop adventure, pony rides and paddle boating. Families are also welcome to visit the natural habitat exhibits featuring lions, hyenas, giraffes, sea lions, sharks, jaguars, komodo dragon, gibbons apes, black bears, penguins, alligators, eagles, cougars, giant anteaters and the reptile house.
